Soulful & Deep Dive - Mind, Body & Soul
There are so many ways to connect with your Silence and your Breath.
There are so many ways to connect with your Silence and your Breath.
That is what meditation is. Silence and Breath. But it is not necessarily only In Silence or only In Breath we can achieve this.
Far from it, we can walk in nature, run, dance, swim and even drive our cars to meditate.
We can play loud music, use drums and instruments, listen to the birds sing or even listen to the traffic on our streets. Meditation is not about sitting crossed legged in silence chanting Om. Om, is a very soulful way to meditate but not the only way.
Meditation is being present in yourself, with yourself. How you do that best is your self-discovery. I am here to guide You in finding your Silence and your Breath.
I start with a journey In a Soulful Circle by joining your Silence with your Breath – This is Your foundation, before progressing to the Deep Dive for your Mind, your Body and your Soul.

A dedicated Circle focusing on a Meditative practice to develop a fuller sense of Self. Assisting the Mind, Body, & Soul.
The Circle is for those who wish to learn how to use Silence and Breath to join the Mind, Body, and Soul. We start with the clearing of the Mind where you will have the expanse of space to move onto cleansing your body.
Once your Mind and Body have had the opportunity to rebalance and recalibrate, we move the meditation forward to connect to your higher self, your Soul.

This is a 6 week programme where we focus 2 weeks on the Mind, 2 weeks on the Body, and finally 2 weeks on the Soul. Together we learn the core principles of Silence and Breath.

‘Yourself’
This is your next step, a circle for everyone who has competed the Soulful Circle.
Deep Dive continues the work of the Soulful Circle – Mind, Body, & Soul. Here we will dive deeper into Meditative practices. Providing you with the skills and tools necessary to advance your own practice independently. I will offer ‘Open Council Circle’ to allow you to voice your curiosity. This provides you the opportunity to share, question, and learn from one another in a Safe and Honoured space.
This is a 9-Week Programme
Weeks 1 & 2 focuses on a Deep Dive of the Mind, where I guide you to grow your own expanse.
Week 3 is an Open Council Circle of discussion and curiosity, focussing on the Mind, Body, & Soul practice.
Weeks 4 & 5 is a Deep Dive of Your Body, of inner clearing and enhancing your energetic systems.
Week 6 is Open Council Circle for curiosity and listening.
Weeks 7 & 8 is a Deep Dive of the Soul where we strengthen your sense of Self and call upon ‘yourself’ to help live your daily live with clarity and purpose.
Week 9 closes our Deep Dive with an Open Council Circle. A time to come together to be Held and Honoured in Your journey, Your practices, and in Your Self.
